Excellent Customer Service My car was totaled in a small auto accident. I had a rental car for only a week, and thus I had a pretty short amount of time to find a solution. I test drove several cars from other dealerships, and to be honest, all of them could have suited my needs. However, I spoke with Wes Gallegos, and he offered to let me test drive the Chevy Cruze I saw on their website. Wes gave me good information about the car as well as pulled around another car that I was considering at another dealership so that I could see the to models side-by-side. I went with the Cruze, due in large part to the information and help I received. I could have bought a Cruze just about anywhere, but the service here was top notch. Wes was also happy to work on pricing as well as get a few recalls taken care of before before I picked up the car. I have purchased several vehicles from different places, but Dean Team (and Wes) made this the easiest experience I have ever had. Thanks, Dean Team. More

Ryan Troll helped me out and walked me through step by step and helped me see what I could afford and what would be best for me. He was such great help to me and made this experience a very good one. He never made me feel like I was forced to lease the car right away, it was always my decision and my timing and what was best for me. I have an Audi and have had Lexus and the service at DEEN in Ballwin matches those co.'s of much higher priced cars. I shopped at several dealers including LOU FUZE and could not even get a sales person to talk to me . I tried at Webster Groves and the service was terrible. They tried the old school method of sales ie. Qute you a price and then back and forth while they talked to the manager. What BS. Wasted several hours. Tony and Pete were fantastic at Deen. Great salesman . Straight up. Trying to get the customer what he wanted and they did,. The finance manager was awesome. Quick , efficient and friendly. I would recommend no other dealer but the DEEN Team. More

Still trying to get things right I was given the run around as to when my car would be ready for delivery. I bought a new car and drove their loaner for 3 weeks. Now I'm awaiting my paperwork and their finance manager informed me that my first payment will be late because they had a "software problem". I can't even transfer my plates because of their software problem. Super unsatified costumer. Worst car buying experience ever. More
