He was that way when we 1st walked into Dick Dean dealership two and a half months ago not quite sure what we were looking for. He reviewed each model with all the available options and we did several test rides. We finally opted for the outback and then reviewed each available option and only chose those that were within our budget. John never pressured us into anything. Also we had reviewed on line what our trade in would be worth and Dick Dean was spot on with the offer. There was never any haggling or gamesmanship. Totally awesome experience all the way around.
