My wife and I had dealt with a few other companies/sales specialists in the previous months and were shocked at how seemingly apathetic they were about their cars. Mark demonstrated enthusiasm, salesmanship, humor, genuineness, and above all else, Subaru expertise. I already love my Outback and my wife who drives a more luxurious branded car is jealous. Although I expect my Subaru is going to last a very long time, I strongly suspect my wife and I will be back to work with Mark and the Dean Team again someday.
