A Surprisingly Pleasant experience at the Dean Team. We don't buy cars very often. Our past car buying experiences were so unpleasant that we used our mechanic to buy our cars. The process was quite si We don't buy cars very often. Our past car buying experiences were so unpleasant that we used our mechanic to buy our cars. The process was quite simple. We just gave our mechanic the make, model, year, color, desired options and price we wanted to pay and he would acquire the car we wanted. All we had to do was pick it up - no haggling with a salesman or squirming under the assault of a high pressure sales pitch. What could be easier? Well, buying a car from the Dean Team has just matched and, perhaps, surpassed that experience. The Dean Team had listed a 2012 Toyota Highlander on the internet and it looked like want we wanted. So we drove from Creve Coeur out to the Dean Team on Manchester to take a look at the car. The salesman, Wes Gallegos, a pleasant and engaging young man, showed us the car and took us for a test drive. We liked the car and quickly arrived at a deal. The car lacked key fobs and floor mats and had a long scratch on the passenger side above the rear wheel well. As part of the deal, Wes agreed to provide the key fobs and floor mats and have the scratch removed. A week later we picked up the car. The key fobs and the rubber floor mats were provided but the scratch remained. Wes explained that the scratch was deeper than he thought and arranged to have the Dean Teams's outside body shop repair it. Later, after we accepted delivery of the car and drove it home, we discovered that the left rear passenger door was dented at the bottom of the door but because of the location of the dent and the dark blue color of the car, we did not notice it. We called Wes the following week and asked if he would also include the door dent in the repair order. To our surprise, he did. Since we did not notice the dent at the dealership and did not included it as part of the written deal, Wes and the Dean Team was under no obligation to fix the dent. Yet they agreed to the repair, despite the fact that it was quite expensive. Based on this recent experience, I can truly say that the Dean Team went out of its way to make us happy and we are more than satisfied with our purchase. (We had the car inspected by an independent mechanic and it was in perfect operating condition.) We will make the Dean Team our first stop in our next car purchase. Gene and Paula Leung More

I went with my mom because she's looking for a new suv and we walked around the lot right in front of the front doors looking at cars for probably 15-20mins and multiple people that worked there passed us. Not one person said a word to us. We wanted to test drive a outback so we figured ok we'll go inside and find someone. We stood inside another 5mins maybe before a man finally asked if we'd been helped, he said he'd page someone. We waited another few minutes and no one came so we just left. I don't know if it's cause we were two women and we didn't have a man with us they figured we weren't serious about buying a car or what? Pretty crappy service though I'd say. You shouldn't have to wait over 20mins just for someone to even ask if you would like to see a certain car or if you needed anything especially considering their lot size it's not like we were way out there and they just hadn't noticed us....
