Found a 2016 WRX STI in stock and took it for a test drive not long after talking with Jason. Went back the next Saturday and unfortunately it had already been sold. No fear, Jason found the same car 300 miles away and had it ready for me by Tuesday! Dustin explained how to work all the new toys and also paired my phone to the car for me. Vary impressed with everyone. More

Amazing car buying experience! I purchased a used GMC Acadia from Dean Team Subaru. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. All of the staff I purchased a used GMC Acadia from Dean Team Subaru. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. All of the staff went well above and beyond to help us with our purchase. It was also the quickest I have ever purchased a car, very efficient with paperwork, usually takes hours to process a loan. Wes went over other cars they had in their inventory. We found another car that we liked better than the one we came to look at. He was excellent! He did not push us into anything we did not want to do. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. this was the best experience buying a car ever. The car was clean and well explained by car facts. The deal went down very fast and easy. Rick was the finance person that wrote the paper work up. It did not even take 15 minutes. We are very pleased with the car and this dealer. More

Made service appointment easy After purchasing my new Crosstrek, it needed to have the Xzilon exterior protection applied. They only can do these appointments Monday through Frida After purchasing my new Crosstrek, it needed to have the Xzilon exterior protection applied. They only can do these appointments Monday through Friday during business hours so coordinating was a challenge for me. JD in sales helped schedule the appointment and Annie had me in and out quickly so I could get back to work. JD even stopped by after service to make sure everything was okay. Great job! More

An outstanding car buying experience. It's a fact that not all car buying experiences are memorable for exceptional professionalism at some dealerships at least in the past. But, my wife a It's a fact that not all car buying experiences are memorable for exceptional professionalism at some dealerships at least in the past. But, my wife and I had an exceptionally great experience at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen over the past couple of weeks. Our primary contact at the dealership was our salesman Jason Moore. His enthusiasm, energy, and with us, his patience (which was severely tested), in addition to his exceptional product knowledge made for a successful, as well as a very enjoyable experience. I lost count of how many vehicles we examined in this quest, but I do know that Jason must have covered a couple of miles running around the lot. And he did everything with a very positive attitude. In our opinion he is the best sales person from whom we have ever bought a vehicle. We also dealt with Phillip Dean and Rick Richards, both of whom played a big part in our arriving at the purchase of a great vehicle. We appreciated their support of Jason and his customers. We recommend the dealership and the people mentioned in this review to anyone planning to buy a vehicle. Thank you gentlemen for making all good things possible for us. More
