They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy! I began looking at Buick Enclaves a couple of weeks ago, and stumbled across one at Dean Team VW in Ballwin. We live in Arkansas over 3 hrs away, but I began looking at Buick Enclaves a couple of weeks ago, and stumbled across one at Dean Team VW in Ballwin. We live in Arkansas over 3 hrs away, but were planning a trip to the STL area within the month. I had some questions and quickly received a text AFTER HOURS answering all of my questions. I soon had others, and I'm sure I made a pest of myself asking question after question, wheedling them down to a lower price, a different interest rate, etc. I had another Enclave in the STL area we were interested in, but that dealership was stand-offish to us from the moment we walked in. At times, the other dealership was downright rude, nearly refusing to even to run a loan approval to find out what interest rate!! They did offer a small incentive, however. I had had Jason apologize he could only stay until 5, but his fellow salesman would take care of us. So we walked out of the rude pressuring dealership, drove immediately to Ballwin, met with James, told him the incentive we were offered, and James and Rick spent the next several minutes getting that incentive not only matched, but beaten! We were thrilled! We bought the Enclave on Friday, and have continued to text Jason about our experience, as he is continuing to follow through after the sale, including at 10:30 at night! What service! It was truly refreshing how honestly, upfront, low pressure, but completely committed to pleasing the customer this whole team was! I would definitely drive the 3+hours next time to do business with them again. Thanks Dean Team! More

Ryan Troll was very patient and knowledgeable going over the packages to help us narrow down on a choice for our replacement car. Ryan was wonderful with my kids and showing them ins and outs of the car package features. He even sat with our 4yr old to help her pick out a color of the car since fire engine red wasn't available. Ryan Troll and Scott Roberts were able to create a package deal that we could not walk away from this weekend. It was quick, friendly, and worth the return to shop at the Dean Team VW dealership.
