I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in for an oil change this afternoon that I realized I truly owe Duke Iwata a stellar review. Back in August 2025, I brought in my 2017 Subaru Forester for a wobbling noise on the driver side. When I later heard a creaking sound in October, Duke got me in right away and arranged a loaner car, which I really appreciated. The Service team discovered that loose bolts in the lower control arm—left from the previous repair—were the cause. Duke was completely honest, took responsibility, and ensured the fix was done at no charge. Duke was attentive, helpful, and made the whole situation stress‑free. I’m grateful for the quick service, the loaner car, and the honesty. Highly recommend working with him. More
