We had a BBQ problem with are Buick rag top. I called Wed afternoon they said they did not have any openings until next week. We were going to leave Naples for home.on Monday. Bought a nice 2015 Malibu. Within 2 weeks had to replace auxiliary battery. That's ok. Now got a nail in tire not their fault but no spare tire in the trunk is. This would really be dangerous if I was in the middle of nowhere. Let me just say make sure you check everything and don't be rushed by the sales rep. More

Words will never truly be able to express the absolutely AMAZING experience it has been for myself and my family working with Mario Lenz at DeVoe. Mario called me after receiving my online inquiry on an Out AMAZING experience it has been for myself and my family working with Mario Lenz at DeVoe. Mario called me after receiving my online inquiry on an Outback Limited. I explained to him that I just received BAD customer service from O’Brien Subaru in Ft. Myers so I would not be returning to them (only 3 miles from my home). Mario asked me probing questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and then proceeded to do the necessary work on his side to supply me with the information I needed to make my decision. He partnered with the managers and presented a very fair offer and together we were able to determine the best course of action for my next purchase. I am happy to say that I have leased a brand new 2022 Outback Limited in the color that I want! Mario then went way above and beyond in helping me secure a second vehicle for my mother. I explained that the car buying process is stressful for her and that I would like to do as much of the pre-work as I can. Mario accepted the challenge and after another day and a half of phone calls and texts Mario was able to secure another amazing deal. My Mom picked up her brand new 2021 Crosstrek Sport, and she’s ecstatic. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years some people inherently understand what that means and how to work with others accounts from the passion that is inside them and Mario definitely has that passion! He is a true asset to DeVoe and I will continue to buy or lease vehicles from him as long as he is there! I am a customer and hopefully now a friend for life! Went into discuss leasing a new Buick Enclave after seeing a commercial for a lease special. They didn't have that package on the lot. Didn't offer to find one at a local dealer or even discuss payment seeing a commercial for a lease special. They didn't have that package on the lot. Didn't seem interested at all in making a deal. Would drive to next dealership and not consider them for future purchases. More
May 1, 2021- I purchased a new (4 miles on odometer) 2021 Subaru WRX STI. This vehicle was purchased at Subaru of Pembroke Pines. June 14, 2021- Noticed my front left headlight had condensation built up in Subaru WRX STI. This vehicle was purchased at Subaru of Pembroke Pines. June 14, 2021- Noticed my front left headlight had condensation built up inside the actual headlight. This only got worse and eventually got to the point where you could tap on the headlight and see the water. I went to O'Brian Subaru (currently renamed Fort Myers Subaru) located in Fort Myers, FL. I brought this concern to them as this did not seem of normalcy, for any new car. They looked at it, I even took video and photos of it at its worst. Immediately was turned away and the statement was "That is normal, it will go away on its own. Due to the high humidity we have right now, you just have a little bit of condensation built up and it will go away on its own. We cannot replace the headlight, it is not covered under the warranty." Okay. So I walked out thinking maybe this was normal? After waiting a week and doing my own research, it was definitely not normal, and it was a faulty seal encasing the actual headlight. I drove an hour to Subaru in Naples, FL where I was greeted by Larry (service advisor). I explained what was going on and he came with me outside and took one look at it and said "No way. That is not normal, if it was normal then the other headlight would be the same way." He stated this is covered by your warranty and gathered all of my information. He handled it appropriately and within a timely manner. We then had to get approval by Ed (Service Manager), he came out to see it and stated the same thing that's not normal it needs to be replaced. Honest, reliable, efficient and pretty trustworthy. What's shocking is that this could have very well of been handled at Fort Myers Subaru- no one took the time to even look into this and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced. Both Larry and Ed and the nice woman working up front at Subaru in Naples were on top of it, they kept me updated and informed of when the headlight was ordered as well as when it actually arrived.
