We moved to the Naples area after living close to Tampa for 27 years. I was friends with the service manager at Buick/GMC there so I was expecting a lot from DeVoe. The service department has been awesome, for 27 years. I was friends with the service manager at Buick/GMC there so I was expecting a lot from DeVoe. The service department has been awesome, so much that we’ve already bought one new vehicle from them. We recently took our GMC for services and was told by the service advisor that it wasn’t due yet, we needed 3,000 more miles. Took our Buick Century in for a wheel alignment, when we picked up the car, the lock on our glove box was broken. After repeated attempts to get in touch with the Service Manager, we took the car to a repai picked up the car, the lock on our glove box was broken. We had a BBQ problem with are Buick rag top. I called Wed afternoon they said they did not have any openings until next week. We were going to leave Naples for home.on Monday. Bought a nice 2015 Malibu. Within 2 weeks had to replace auxiliary battery. That's ok. Now got a nail in tire not their fault but no spare tire in the trunk is. I am 63 and owned many cars and never had I not bought a car without a spare. What kind of dealer are you I ask. Isn't checking for and putting a spare part of the big dealer fee. This would really be dangerous if I was in the middle of nowhere. Let me just say make sure you check everything and don't be rushed by the sales rep. More

Words will never truly be able to express the absolutely AMAZING experience it has been for myself and my family working with Mario Lenz at DeVoe. Mario called me after receiving my online inquiry on an Out AMAZING experience it has been for myself and my family working with Mario Lenz at DeVoe. Mario called me after receiving my online inquiry on an Outback Limited. I explained to him that I just received BAD customer service from O’Brien Subaru in Ft. Myers so I would not be returning to them (only 3 miles from my home). Mario asked me probing questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and then proceeded to do the necessary work on his side to supply me with the information I needed to make my decision. He partnered with the managers and presented a very fair offer and together we were able to determine the best course of action for my next purchase. I am happy to say that I have leased a brand new 2022 Outback Limited in the color that I want! Mario then went way above and beyond in helping me secure a second vehicle for my mother. I explained that the car buying process is stressful for her and that I would like to do as much of the pre-work as I can. Mario accepted the challenge and after another day and a half of phone calls and texts Mario was able to secure another amazing deal. My Mom picked up her brand new 2021 Crosstrek Sport, and she’s ecstatic. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years some people inherently understand what that means and how to work with others accounts from the passion that is inside them and Mario definitely has that passion! He is a true asset to DeVoe and I will continue to buy or lease vehicles from him as long as he is there! I am a customer and hopefully now a friend for life!
