Lennie was very informative and helpful without being pushy in regards to my service (Wednesday 4/3) One issue though, after I picked up my car and the rain FINALLY stopped, I noticed a small scratch on pushy in regards to my service (Wednesday 4/3) One issue though, after I picked up my car and the rain FINALLY stopped, I noticed a small scratch on my driver side door - I did call it in to Service yesterday (Thursday (4/4), the Manager was not available and was instructed to bring my car in today (Friday 4/5) I am not able to bring my vehicle in today - month-end and quarter close here at work. It took a while to diagnose. They were not able to duplicate the noise concern because they haven't driven the car far enough according to Chance. Ford remanufactured a part and fixed the oil leak and reset my door code. Chance, my service advisor was upfront with costs and act swiftly to get the job done.
