Scheduled an appraisal and replacing the break pads and back rotors. Went to pick up my car and the appraisal wasn’t done. Waited for the employee to take pictures and whatnot and was told I’d get the quot back rotors. Went to pick up my car and the appraisal wasn’t done. After they replaced my breaks, my breaks are now grinding, my check engine light has come on and my ABS light has come on. Now I have to waste more of my own time to bring the car back in. More

It was quickly obvious the two departments were at odds with who got what work, and the new service group in the back won. As the guy drove me to the back he explained how the others just didn't understa with who got what work, and the new service group in the back won. So i go to the back to drop my F150 and upon pickup i needed to go to the front to pay then go find my truck over by the back by the heavy duty shop. I stepped into the office to express my concern and I was told the front would not give up the CC processing "not my concern". Then I mentioned there should then be a spot out front where service vehicles could be placed as the lot was way to big to go find a truck "From the front my truck was to far away for my panic alarm to work". He then explained there was no room and if I thought it was bad now wait until construction started. What I heard was" go somewhere else". I will still return as I am friends with Howard and i have multiple personal Ford Vehicles but I felt you should know my experience. Share with the team, customers don't want to here issues as they have there own, they want to get in and out. Thank You More
