Nick is an excellent tech, unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks without a loaner to get my cat repaired. After receiving my vehicle, the engine light was still on. The service manager was rude and t over 2 weeks without a loaner to get my cat repaired. After receiving my vehicle, the engine light was still on. The service manager was rude and told me they were only supposed to do suspensuion work. I told him the engine light was apart of my initial concern and he s heduled me in a week later. With a loaner for the day and my gasket was replaced. More
