Did not perform all services that were paid for. Upon leaving I happened to noticed the inspection sticker was not changed. Came in for a quick NYS Inspection. DePaula as a brand was extremely helpful; didn't have room at Mazda for my CX-30, but were able to get me in down the street at Ford counterpart.
