In the absence of any Lincoln dealers in the area, I was pleased that the service dept. honored my Lincoln service contract. Chance was telling my brother and father more about my vehicle issues, and the availability of loaner vehicles instead of me. I was told by my brother that they had a truck for me 3 days prior but I was n vehicle issues, and the availability of loaner vehicles instead of me. I made an appointment specifically stating my vehicle did not turn at all, and when I had it towed in they were acting like they weren't sure they could take it and didn't even get it on a lift for over a week More
