The service desk associates Lenny, Luis and Chance are always helpful and a pleasure to see and get assistance from. They make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Chance even helped fill my windshield wip always helpful and a pleasure to see and get assistance from. They make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Chance even helped fill my windshield wiper fluid since it was not done at my last oil change. These guys go above and beyond (every time). Unbeknownst to the 3 mentioned or I..after leaving the shop 10/31 for having a tire replaced..I noticed the psi was never adjusted. All my tires were fairly low from the weather..and then my new tire was left at 39. My truck should of been at 32-34 for all tires but 3 were at 29 and 1 at 39. Unsure why this was not taken care of..quality service should be required. I had to stop at Stewart's after I left to adjust myself. More

Did not perform all services that were paid for. Upon leaving I happened to noticed the inspection sticker was not changed. Came in for a quick NYS Inspection. DePaula as a brand was extremely helpful; didn't have room at Mazda for my CX-30, but were able to get me in down the street at Ford counterpart.
