This dealership and its people continue to impress and go above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very bu above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very busy and he told me that I may be there for at least 2 hours. He ended up working my truck into the flow and my service was completed and I was out before 1000. This is the kind of service I have enjoyed every time I have shown up. I give DePaula Ford my highest recommendation. Trust me! More

Service cost at Depaula has become absurd. I was quoted $6400 for a new water pump and tires. This is ridiculous. A slap in the face. I might as well buy a new car… I’ve been going to Depaula/Orange Ford for 30 years, bought numerous cars there, but will no longer be returning there for vehicles or service. Prices there are just insane. And no one cares. Prices just keep going up. Used to be able to go there, get service, and not worry about having to take out a loan or pay two months salary for a car repair. Despicable. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid DePaul Ford for service. Complete ripoff. More

I came in for a simple oil change. Upon receiving my bill, I found out I was charged for a tire rotation without being asked if I wanted one. Great guy, not his fault but wildly too expensive even with discount. $200 to just check vehicle + $300+ in labor. Part costs under $200. I almost had a heart attack when my bill for an oil change and tire rotation came to over $297. The two dealerships I deal with in Saratoga County chage less than $150. One told me they don't chage tha change and tire rotation came to over $297. The two dealerships I deal with in Saratoga County chage less than $150. One told me they don't chage that much for diesel. Other dealerships in Albany county couldn't believe i was charged that much. Over $23 for 1 quart of oil. A call by my wife to Depaula service was useless.She was told that's the price. There was no pricing on the wall in how much per quart of oil people pay, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. More
