When my car was ready, Lenny brought me to the checkout clerks, explained the invoice and all the services done, thanked me for my business and for being a repeat customer, wished me a good day and said he looked forward to seeing me next time I came back. Between the quality of the work done on my car and Lenny's quality of leadership on the front end the overall experience was excellent. More
