Not terrible, but definitely not good We were definitely hoping for a good experience, and while it started good- it went downhill fast. Our salesmen was very nice, but was new and didn’t know all the ins and outs and I think being that he was new he got the run around from senior staff. Even after repeatedly telling them we were not in a hurry to pick up our truck, that we wanted it to be done right, and if that took a couple extra days that was fine, they pushed it on us without it being detailed and we were told we’d be called to set up a time to bring it in and have it detailed the way it should have been done originally. Once we got our truck home we realized the interior lights were not working and upon further investigation we learned the fuse was blown and the bulbs (which were LED and all worked when we test drove the truck two days prior) were all taken out and only 3 replaced and the covers smashed back into place so hard it broke the dome light cover. When we finally went round robin with our salesmen and the shop to get a time that we could get our truck detailed, have it aligned (another thing they rushed through!) and have the tire light sensor fixed, and have the environmental coating sprayed on it was a week later. We dropped our truck off on a Friday night, Monday DePaul calls to schedule the spray job, not knowing the truck was in their lot. It took 2 weeks, we finally get our truck back and now there are mold spots on the ceiling. Also it’s almost been a month that we’ve had our truck and we still do not have the title, registration and we’re still driving with the dealer plates. I think DePaula can be a good dealership, but they’re too big for their birches. The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left is doing. We got the run around so much that I’m dreading having to bring it back for it’s oil changes and inspections. More

Went to DePaula Ford to have car serviced and inspected. Dennis was there immediately to tend to my needs on my Ford Escape. The time was 11 am. Billy was the gentleman that was assigned to my needs. I mentioned that I had an appointment in Hudson at 1 pm. Dennis assured me that my car would be ready for me on time. I appreciate the fact that they met my expectations, plus washed my car! I appreciate their considerate and efficient abilities. Plus...the added free inspection due to the fact that I had purchased my car at DePaula.
