Service could have been better. My car was at the dealership for 6 and a half hours longer than it should have. I think that alone makes bad service. I was upset because when I booked the service appointment I requested multipoint inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wash/detail, state inspection & battery check and some how my wash didn’t get added, ev I requested multipoint inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wash/detail, state inspection & battery check and some how my wash didn’t get added, even though it was on my confirmation email, so I wasn’t able to get my car detailed. I was also upset because I had purchased the extended warranty from Frank, at the time of purchase last year, who had repeatedly stated that everything was covered, if something was spilled, DePaula would take care of it. I don’t recall him ever mentioning a deductible and don’t you know, the first time I try to use the warranty to fix my speaker burned by hot coffee, the warranty won’t cover it. So now I am realizing that Frank lied about multiple points to get me to buy that xxxx warranty that DePaula won’t honor now. I feel swindled and my partner wants to picket DePaula “Buyer Beware!” because of what has happened with the warranty that I really didn’t need anyway. More
