Only used it to pick up my vehicle after work was done. Gentleman who helped me was a bit upset with me. I told him one but ended up doing the opposite. I called to make an appointment to purchaser my vehicle at the end of my lease. I was not told what information I would need. Then when I got there I had to wait 2 hours to complete paperwork - I think that is bad customer service. More

After discussing my options with Shuhab Noory, I decided that the best, and really only option that I could afford, was to buy out my lease. Shuhab was awesome and very helpful in making sure that I got a great warranty and that I felt comfortable with my decision so that I wouldn’t have to worry about expensive repairs in the future. Was also very happy working with your business manager, Qasim Dawood. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. More
