Fraudulant fee No pressure sales but they charge $150 fee for cleaning the car to prepare for sale. This fee gets added into the "purchase price" of the car. I had specifically discussed the purchase price of the car with the sales manager before driving to the dealership and then they tagged this on at the end. When I called them out on it they did remove it but it was a fight and soured my experience with them. Consumer Reports says that this is a fee that shouldn't be payed by consumers. The dealership needs to pay to prepare the car for sale and shouldn't tag that on after the negotiations. It's really just a way to make it seem like their price is $150 less than the other dealerships and then a lot of people miss it in the paperwork or don't realize that it's a scam. I would avoid this place or call them out on this tactic. More

Excellent complete service We scheduled or 60,000 mile maintenance in advance. When we arrived they were expecting us and took in our vehicle to begin the work.
