I had specifically discussed the purchase price of the car with the sales manager before driving to the dealership and then they tagged this on at the end. When I called them out on it they did remove it but it was a fight and soured my experience with them. Consumer Reports says that this is a fee that shouldn't be payed by consumers. The dealership needs to pay to prepare the car for sale and shouldn't tag that on after the negotiations. It's really just a way to make it seem like their price is $150 less than the other dealerships and then a lot of people miss it in the paperwork or don't realize that it's a scam. I would avoid this place or call them out on this tactic. More
