He returned all our calls and once our truck arrived at the dealership he was ontop of the accessory dept. getting all the extras we ordered installed and got us on the road home. I do have to say that "Duke" (that did our paperwork) was very "robotic" and rather pushy about the extra warranty He did have a rather arrogant attitude, but that would not sto me from returning to Dave Smith Motors. They have a resturant with great coffee and food. Nice Fire places. We went on a Saturday and it was slammed packed at the dealership. It took about 4 hours. They offer a BBQ and made the whole process very relaxing and enjoyable. Our daughter will be needing a car here soon, we will be using this dealership and this team of people. More

He was helpful and informative throughout the process. It was pretty busy there! I saw vehicle after vehicle being delivered to customers and everyone seemed happy with their purchases. A good sign! It did take a while to get paperwork done. Heres why though. It was so super busy that day. With that in mind the staff was treating me like royalty. Cole's manager Samuel was just an amazing guy! He even arranged for a local hotel room to stay overnight since i was taking my new truck back to WA. These folks are the real deal. The best prices i could find on top. Its plain silly to buy anywhere else. More
