Immediately we noticed that the selection we had to choose from was more than enough, we were viewing vehicles online, there was a lot of vehicle that did not have pictures which was weird but there were more than enough that did to find a vehicle we liked. We chose a handful of vehicles we wanted to inquire about, the salesman was very assertive. We decided to put $500 down on a truck, this is where we had some hiccups, the money was applied to wrong stock number, but I had not noticed when I signed the paperwork so I blame myself for that, none the less Ricky was more than willing to make things right. We drove over to the dealership on Sep 23 from Butte, MT. We were there for 6+ hours which sucked but it was also expected. When we finished signing all the paperwork with Ricky we waiting mostly of our time for the Finance team, once we finally met with them our paperwork was different from what we had reviewed with Ricky, the payment was higher by $70, a sales manager quickly adjusted this and we were on our way. As with any new vehicle purchase we had ups and downs, but I will shop with Dave Smith again. More
