We told him that we'd be back in the fall to purchase. As promised, we called in August- with Samuel remembering us and our needs. Samuel searched high and low to find the exact vehicle for our us, and when it couldn't be found, he guided us through the ordering process. Samuel was always on point, professional, timely and honest with us--what great qualities for a car dealer representative. He was the best dressed employee there - and when I commented on it, he said he wanted to represent well for his customers. Since every customer in the facility the day we were there was over 50, a well dressed sales rep is important. The truck was ready as promised. What more could we ask for? It should be noted that JC in Accessories was also a stellar man to work with - clear, knew his products and took care of our every request. Finally, a female service associate (who's name escapes me) was Awesome!. She really knew her product!! More

Great and friendly I thought I took a big gamble buying from this dealership. I was looking for a specific pickup and searched the internet until I found it. After about 3 months of searching and about to give up and order one Dave Smith Motors had what I wanted. It was very easy. Started with texting, they made the first phone call to me, and within a week we made a deal. I couldn't get out there for a month and they were fine with that. I did pay the $500.00 deposit and was a bit nervous about that but in the end it all worked out. I had a few accessories added and everything was as expected when I got there. I traveled 1400 miles to this dealership and I don't regret it. I had a great salesman to work with. It's a busy place and the second phone we had was over an hour. We talked about vehicles but half the time we just kinda BS'ed. I have never had a car salesman want to just talk for a bit. I will also throw in when I was signing papers with the finance manager it was the same thing, it probably took way longer than it should have because we would get talking and get sidetracked in storys. They took the time to get to know me. So thank you to Dave Smith Motors and a thank you to Cody Soberanes, Austin Garrett, and Mark Vannett. More

We took two days and drove 270 miles one way to buy our vehicle, not knowing what to expect upon arrival. It was well worth the trip and time. Every person we dealt with at the dealership was courteous , friendly, professional and responsive.
