what a experience I bought 2 vehicles on line on Monday. Filled out all the paper work credit app, deposit and right signature. I call Tuesday talked to brandon about h I bought 2 vehicles on line on Monday. Filled out all the paper work credit app, deposit and right signature. I call Tuesday talked to brandon about having all paper work and vehicles ready Friday I did not want to spend time at dave smith auto (3hr drive one way) instead of having everything ready, credit app had not even been run, I had a 6 hour wait and a 3 hour drive home. I spent a total of 12 hrs on this deal. Brandon is the only positive I have for dave smith. He did all he could but his support staff is terrible. If I had not had my wife I would have left after 2 hrs, she stopped me from leaving. I do thank brandon for his help. More
