Unsatisfied exsperience We came to Dave Smith because of the good news that we always heard. As for out experence we will probaly not buy our truck from here. It had manufacture paint defect. We were told that out local body shop can fix it because it is a manufacture defect. The body shop called to get the billing info and was told it had to be done a the dealership. We live 2 1/2 hours away. We called multiple time and left messages. We were told by our sales person that he would take care of it. That was the last time he talked to us. This went on for a week. I left messages for the finance manager that i wanted to bring it back and get my car back. Once again no call back. I even left a call for the GM and no call. Finally they brought us a rental car to our employer and pick up my Jeep with no communication of the correct day they were picking it up. And when the delivery date was here once again no call to tell us it was going to be on another date. For the amount you spend on a new vehicle communication is so respectfull. More

Why can't all businesses be this good? The inventory is huge. We couldn't find the exact truck anywhere else. The price was so low we kept thinking it had to be a mistake. The sales staff, especially Sally Swanson, are just terrific, efficient, friendly, happy to help. Mark Vannett in accessories was SOOO knowledgeable about the specialized camper tie down accessories we wanted and he is one of the nicest and most personable people we've ever met, on the phone and then in person. He went way out if his way to get all our stuff installed in a short time since we had already booked our flights for just a couple days out. I normally dislike visiting with the finance guy who tries to sell you extended warranties, etc. but Jason Matheson is a real gem. He was so nice and made such sense, sharing with us the insights distilled from selling so many trucks, that we took his wise advice. We left feeling like he was more like our wise son than some guy trying to make a sale. We love Dave Smith Motors! It sounds crazy, because the best we can say about other places we've bought from is that it was, at best, ok, a bit painful, but time heals all wounds... Dave Smith is so unusual! So fantastic! what a experience I bought 2 vehicles on line on Monday. Filled out all the paper work credit app, deposit and right signature. I call Tuesday talked to brandon about h I bought 2 vehicles on line on Monday. Filled out all the paper work credit app, deposit and right signature. I call Tuesday talked to brandon about having all paper work and vehicles ready Friday I did not want to spend time at dave smith auto (3hr drive one way) instead of having everything ready, credit app had not even been run, I had a 6 hour wait and a 3 hour drive home. I spent a total of 12 hrs on this deal. Brandon is the only positive I have for dave smith. He did all he could but his support staff is terrible. If I had not had my wife I would have left after 2 hrs, she stopped me from leaving. I do thank brandon for his help. More
