And closing the cash deal on the car required a manager's signature for some paperwork and all the managers were in meetings.... slowed me down about an hour trying to find someone not in a meeting on a Friday morning. Other than that perfect. Beau did a fantastic job getting me into the car I wanted at a price that was worth the drive back to New Mexico! More

Slow reactions to financing of vehicle - loan made by others Called 2 days before arriving to settle the terms and delivery date. Arrived at 8:20 am on 11/2/17 and did not leave with the vehicle until 12:30 pm. Called 2 days before arriving to settle the terms and delivery date. Arrived at 8:20 am on 11/2/17 and did not leave with the vehicle until 12:30 pm. Only explanation provided was the paper work was not finished as having a lien holder. Cashiers checks and VISA card were ready at 8:20 but waited until 11:00 am to speak with "Joe" (no last name provided) who simply asked is the a lien holder - answered yes and then he left. After the instructional drive, explanation of the accessory operations, and 6 cups of coffee went over to the Chevrolet office of Curt Zimmer and spent another hour with his options. Overall felt abused by several "backroom" staff who were riding our sales repr "Chuck" Matejovsky and delayed our 900+ mile trip by these wasted hours. More

We drove up from Yuma Arizona to pick up our new Eco-diesel Ram, and the money we saved made the trip well worth while. Adam stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Then he came in early the next morning to help us transfer belongings from our trade. Ash Garner, finance man, walked us through that process in an easy-to-understand way, and was very thorough. Teddy in accessories helped us put the final touches on our new truck to make it exactly like we wanted it. I was also contacted by manager, Scott Johnson, before we left Arizona, to make sure everything was in order before we made the trip. Excellent team. More

Negotiating a price on the phone in my own home was a wonderful experience. I was impressed by the dealership and all of the nice people I delt with. Tony Murrell was a great sales rep as well as Tim Anzlovar in finance. We drove 450 miles to pick up my new Jeep Wrangler and the only negative to the whole experience was that I thought the paperwork should have been ready to sign and it took a little too long in the finance department as I was paying with a cashiers check and they knew my approximate ETA. Other than that all good. Next time I am shopping for a new car I think I have found the place to go. More
