Our sales agent, Annie Stevens, did a superb job of answering our questions and making us feel comfortable with the process. Better yet was meeting Annie in person, up in Kellogg. She warmly hosted our stops at service, accessories, and finance. She had us drive the truck and showed us how everything worked, including successfully pairing my phone to blue tooth on the radio. The only way this long distance transaction would have worked with us is if we had someone like Annie, who bridged the distance with a supportive tone and solid knowledge base. I know I got the best deal because I previously shopped at my local dealers. We super enjoyed Annie because she did not high pressure us, thanks!! More

Fun road trip! Prior to turning to Dave Smith Motors I tried to order a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon (JK) from my local dealer. Since it was close to the release Prior to turning to Dave Smith Motors I tried to order a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon (JK) from my local dealer. Since it was close to the release of the JL model they could not tell me when the order would be placed or if it was possible to order the wrangler I wanted. Since I couldn't get a good answer from the local dealer a friend steered me to Dave Smith Motors. I called them up and within a few weeks the order was placed. I received answers to my questions and a month later it arrived. Once I arrived in Kellogg the employees and atmosphere was professional and warm. We found a local diner with great home food cooking and a comfortable hotel for the night. We drove 500 miles to purchase a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon from them and had a great time doing it! Need a new vehicle? Take the road trip and make an adventure out of it. They advertise that they do a thorough inspection of all preowned vehicles and either this is not true, or they still sell vehicles with known issues. within two months we had to replace the battery, not a huge deal- but as the weather got warmer we realized the air conditioning was not working which was the engine cooling fan failing. to top it off we then found an oil leak. we took it back to the valley store and they charged us $150 for a part that did not fix the problem. I couldn't reach anyone in Kellogg and finally emailed every manager I could find on their site and got the number for the customer service relations manager. He basically told us that we should have bought a service warranty and its not their responsibility. According to him oil leaks can happen at any time on any vehicle so its not their problem. I would say do NOT take their word that they inspect vehicles - have your own inspection because they will NOT help you if there is a pre existing condition once you purchase without buying the extra warranty. I personally will never buy from them again since this is how they treat their clients. More
