I have had so many complements I actually had a stranger in a Lexus pass me in a parking lot and tell I have a pretty sexy Jeep! Ha Jackson was the best- poor guy was getting the red and black ready for me to take home and I did a fast switch to White and black after paperwork was completed and he didn't even roll his eyes. The vehicle is awesome I'm happy with service and price- but I did not like the pressure in financing to buy extra warranty telling me for example that if my electronics get wet under the car and other crazy things the warranty doesn't cover it and I better buy and extended warranty for $3000-4000 and add it to my loan and also pay loads of interest on it. Took a long time to escape from the finance department with out a warranty-"I did it" but people waiting on my to sign for my car and get out of the dealership were getting pretty discussed. But Driving my beautiful Jeep is the best! More

I have a few suggestions that you might consider: Coordination between sales, finance and accessories could be a bit better. I found it hard to determine who was handling what? Give your customers a little insight into the processes that you follow, and who is handling what. Ten years ago, we purchased a Ram truck and you coordinated the camper shell accessory. I would suggest you look into once again doing so. It would have saved me a whole day on delivery day and made the process much easier. I was given the reason why you discontinued the process and it would appear that a little more education given to the sales force, might have been an easier solution? Don Dunn More
