VERY disappointed. Recently purchased a preowned vehicle. I was told that this vehicle went through a "120 point inspection". Here is a list of things that were either missed or pasted over. 1. Missing light bulbs 2. Bulbs that did work 3. Rear wiper motor not functional 4. Rear defroster not functional 5. Rear driver side tire under inflated This was discoved on the way home, Tire gauge showed 16p.s.i. Refilled to proper pressure at gas station for remainded of trip. 6. Engine Light failure next day The Engine Light did come on the following day after the purchase. It was taken to a mechanic that day and put on a computer which indicated "fuel sensor". It was was replced for $471.00. Dealership was well aware that after purchase of vehicle that there was a 3+ hour road trip back to the Whitefish, MT area. To allow a vehicle/owner to leave the dealership with a questional vehicle seems negligent. I also, did not recieve a so called "120 inspectiin" sheet. More

Extremely Disappointed I ordered a truck September 9th and as of November 10th I still do not have a truck. When I purchased my first truck here I flew down from Alaska and drove it home. For this new truck I drove up from Arizona and then drove the new truck back to Arizona. When I recently purchased my new 2018 Ram 3500 my sales person was Michaella. She did an excellent job of finding exactly what I was looking for in a truck. Courteous, friendly, efficient, and very helpful are the words that come to mind.
