One complaint that I do have is the spray on protector that was put on my vehicle peeled off on the way home. I did drive through a major snowstorm approximately 400 miles. The other complaint that I had was it took several hours of sitting around in the office to get things taken care of before my husband and I could leave with our vehicle. That delayed me in getting back on the road to get home. But, the communication is fabulous and Dave Smith Motors held up their end of the deal in all aspects. More
