We are very happy with the trade-in value given to our vehicle and the purchase price for our new vehicle. There is a huge layout of this dealership and a tour of several areas of departments from accessories to services for our vehicle was given to us. It is amazing how efficiently this dealership works! Experience not good. I was referred to your business by a friend and previous buyer and he gave me a high recommendation. So through much shopping for a vehicle I needed I was referred to your business by a friend and previous buyer and he gave me a high recommendation. So through much shopping for a vehicle I needed and wanted, I found one that suited my budget and model/make. Was asked to place a deposit on a vehicle that already had a one by other buyers. Was notified they did not buy so I went forth with the purchase. The lack of response from salesmen, I requested for another sales person was referred to Warren Mack. The purchase deal was almost complete with an over-night Fed Ex signing of documents. Payment and forms were sent right back and arrived there on Friday, December 15, 2017. Was told once they received the payment and documents, my vehicle would be shipped out. Was told if it was all in by Monday, December 18, 2017 he would have it shipped out that afternoon. Well called Monday to follow up and sales person was out on a scheduled day off which he did not inform me and had hopes of having my vehicle shipped, so they referred me to his supervisor, left him a voicemail and no response with in 24 hours from him. Called on Tuesday morning and finally got a return call from Warren. Financial Officer who was handling my payment was out too and apparently my paper work was still sitting on his desk. I finally received my vehicle on December 20, 2017 with gas almost empty and the freight driver noted some scratches on the bumper which he did say the snow was high and hard where the vehicle was parked when he went to pick up. All my previous vehicle purchases I have never had this type of experience and delays with no responses and vehicle was paid for with all forms and had to wait a couple days before receiving my vehicle. At the least David Smith's Auto could have compensated me for all the run around and delays by filling my tank up or some way. I would recommend that when dealing with on-line purchases that responses are very important to your customers and forward documents to staff who will be in and be able to process while others are out. Not very good customer service. I do love my vehicle. More
