Had agreed to price features etc on phone previously since we were far away. Had been looking for a truck for about a year. Every time we went shopping in person near home we either received- no customer service what so ever, OR WORSE high pressure tag team , we don’t have what you want ,let’s get you into something else. Really ???we knew what we wanted. A good deal and RESPECT & Great customer service? After all your spending a lot of $$$$$. We got that at Dave Smith. a great deal and RESPECT as a customer!Our salesman was Al Datori and he was great, found what we wanted when advertised truck was already sold, quickly and with no pressure or distracting tactics. The price was great, and beat Portland area dealers by a lot. Took care of everything. When we got there, we test drove the vehicle, he showed us all the features, helped with Bluetooth & our phones, a issue for us, without reading a thick Manuel. Ever recommended a hotel & restaurant before we returned home the following day, as we wanted to check out the local area. Wish we had gone to Dave Smiths 1st, and found Al. Will be recommending to all our friends & family for sure! They are huge dealership with many males & Models. Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with! More

California resident purchased out of state pick up in Idaho. The reason i purchased from this dealer was partially from a friend who recommended. I have driven my truck over 400 miles and it still won't pass smog in California! All I am trying to do is complete the sale here in California and move on. And for sure the truck is completely smog ready by Dodge but California is doing what it does best, screw up something and charge way more money that it should!!! More
