2nd New Car Purchase from Dave Smith I just finished buying my second vehicle from Dave Smith, and it is the 3rd when you include the vehicle my parents bought in between. I love the fact that I can see the entire inventory and pick out the vehicle I am interested in from my computer, then get the final, no hassle price in the form of a window sticker. I have traded two cars in too. Sending a few pics and the VIN number, and they gave me a fair trade-in over the phone, and honored both prices when they saw the vehicle in person. I live in AZ, and it is 1400 miles one-way to make this deal. Considering I saved several thousand dollars between the price and my trade, the drive is worth every penny. I highly recommend buying from Dave Smith, and I won't buy from anywhere else! More

I had been looking for a Ram Power Wagon and all of the local dealers in my area were wanting to sell me the diesel because they did not have any Power Wagons in inventory. Dave Smith Motors were the only dealers i found that had not 1 but several Power Wagons in stock making my choice an easy one. Dave Smith Motors will be my #1 goto dealership for any future purchases. Visiting the dealership was a great experience, the staff was friendly and eager to make sure i had anything i needed. This place is expansive and very impressive to say the least, they have EVERYTHING. My salesman Wally and the accessories guy Mark went above and beyond to make me feel like i was being taken care of. I had steps and a spray in bedliner added while i was there picking up my truck and the fact that they could install both of those items while i was there was unheard of for me. Anywhere else i would have had to leave my truck for 1 or 2 days to have this work done but Dave Smith Motors knocked it out in about 3 hours for both items. What a Pain Had a list of items wrong with my truck took 3 weeks to get my truck into service. They had my truck for a total of 8 days with no communication from them I had to call 4 separate times to get updates as to when my truck would be ready and then to top it off they didn't fix everything we had discussed. Poor communication to the customer. However Austin at the finance dept did an outstanding job and Bobby in accessories found a solution to one of my major concerns but the other was left unaddressed and I was lead to believe it was handled. Will go to Couer D Arlene for any future service. More
