Over the top to make you happy Paid for our flight, had our truck ready just what we ask for friendly service, in spite of being so busy took there time. We left with our truck and in the night had a concern with this new truck so Sunday morning we go back in. They were happy to see us and address our problem of getting in and out. Good deals and friendly staff. Process can be better. We drove 6+ hours to pick up our new jeep. The trade in process was fine. Since I had a lot of accessories on the Jeep, Noah explained those and he wa We drove 6+ hours to pick up our new jeep. The trade in process was fine. Since I had a lot of accessories on the Jeep, Noah explained those and he was great. The salesman, Elmar, was nice, but he was young, so maybe not focused on customer service. After getting the ok on the trade and test driving the Jeep, we only needed to close the deal. He left us for about an hour with no indication that he would be gone that long. He never checked back with us during that time. Then he comes back and says it will be a bit longer. All told we were there for over 4 hours. That is unacceptable to me and poor customer service on their part. We still had a 6 hour drive home. I also called and emailed him after, since we left an item in our old jeep that I wanted him to mail back. He hasn't returned any contact since. More

Confusion Mary did a great job of getting me into an amazing vehicle with an amazing deal. I put $500.00 down for them to hold a vehicle pending my arrival. My arrival happened as planned but the vehicle had been sold to someone else the day before I got there. Mary did not know until I was on my way to the dealership that my vehicle had been sold. They were in the process of scrambling to find something when I arrived. CONFUSION - I am standing there waiting for a greeting of some sort when Mary happened to show up at her desk. She asked us to sit down and then apologetically excused herself to ask her manager something. Her manager was busy so she did her best to relay the mornings events to us. Seems as though the same vehicle had a hold on it happening several days before but had been removed and Mary placed it on hold for me in that timeframe. She moved it and tagged it clearly marking it as on hold. The former salesperson took it back disregarding protocol and sold it to his customer. They found a vehicle for my viewing when Mary went to move it to the place that I saw it she saw a crack in the windshield, called her manager, Riley Sherwood, who told her just bring it. I was trying to go with it and they (Mary and Riley) were just trying to make lemonade from lemons. Mary took me to the lot (in the vehicle they chose which was not the same - trail hawk vs limited I put my down on a trail hawk) where the other vehicles like the one I put a down on were and none seemed to be within the price I was prepared to pay. My boyfriend was with me and in my absence (he stayed in the cushy dealership) he did some research and saw the offer on the table to be substantial and advised me to just go with it. I was still not sold until I drove it and was ready after that. Confusion that lead me to this vehicle YES broken windshield (will be replaced by the dealership from the factory) Yes. Introduction to weather tech person Wade Starkey who acted like he was doing us a favor by telling us they had no product in stock we would be better off going home and ordering it on line (which I did). I did have one other interaction with him on the phone and he still did not have time for me - he gets a total - 0 rating. Not because they did not have the product but because of his very could not be bothered attitude. Service people explained all we needed to hear were pleasant and well informed. Now comes the other good part (besides Mary and the great deal for my beautiful Jeep) my finance manager - Blake Everson. He is truly old school and when he decides to retire the peeps at Dave Smith will be minus a real gem. Looked under every rug and innuendo for the best possible deal with every i dotted and t crossed to be sure it was all good to go. A real trouper could not do enough to make my Dave Smith adventure right and even comped us for lunch. Thank you Mary and Blake. More

I was way more than we were looking for but it turned out to be the perfect truck! This is number 3 for us here and we will come back for number 4 sometime. More
