truck not being fixed after numerous times and was lied to. bought a truck back in july fro jayden in used cars and just wanted to say he has been a poor sales person. on another not our truck spend alot of tim bought a truck back in july fro jayden in used cars and just wanted to say he has been a poor sales person. on another not our truck spend alot of time in shop since then our truck went to the shop at least once a month and had it for a week or better every time with them not fixing it. dugan bailey of the Chrysler service should be fired for lying to customers for he lied to us numerous times telling us the status on our truck and giving wrong information. i cant give enough thanks to dan krider for helping us get through this he called us and told us what was gonna happen and got it done after the truck being there over 6 times he made it happen. i would not recommend anyone else here. like i said dugan bailey and jayden in used cars worst experience we ever had with a dealership. we made numerous truck payments on the vehicle when it was in the shop and they mostly only worked on it for one day and kept it for a week or better and kept saying it was fixed. that's xxxxxxxx. the last time it went in dan krider had a mechanic look at it and had it all analysed what was the issue in one day and was all done and fixed by the end of week. so the truck is running good now no issues yet but the money we spent on fuel and truck payments we totaled truck was there 9 whole weeks and all the money spent in fuel driving back and forth to Kellogg 6 times spent allot of money out of our pocket. More

Excellent It was so easy sent an email saying what we were looking for . A very exceptional salesman named Ian called us back quickly.
