Our salesman, Lisle Hedger, was one of the best we ever worked with. The trailer was so clean I didn't have to clean before we moved in. Sue Brown was so nice and did an outstanding cleaning job. This was the best overall buying experience we've ever had. Ed Cross was patient, helpful and courteous. We found what we wanted (we've been looking for awhile and had done a ton of research) so we decided to buy a used Hurricane that day. He didn’t haggle with us. We offered what we thought was a reasonable price below the sticker price and he accepted it. Done! That simple! The price was EXCELLENT too. We did our homework before and after and we got a very, very good deal. And the RV has only 8,000 miles on it and is running and operating perfectly. Ed followed through on all commitments, even replacing a little sliding screen door cover that was not operating perfectly and gave us a big travel atlas. Those little touches mean a lot, so thank you Ed. The unit was spotless when we arrived to pick it up. It looked and smelled brand new even though it is a 2006. Justine Walden then spent 3 hours walking us though everything. We’ve never had an RV so we asked tons of questions. He explained everything, turned on everything and was thoughtful, patient and thorough in his instructions. We took 7 pages of notes to make sure we can replicate what we learned. Then, Justine walked us through the store and showed us what to buy and explained the options and pros and cons of our choices. He told us things we didn’t know, like why you need RV special toilet paper and why ceiling vent covers are helpful to have. Again, he did such an outstanding job. Justine does great work and would be an asset to any business. Karen Cole was our finance person. We researched and found better financing at Bank of America than what Karen was offering. But then we found out that Arbogast uses BofA as one of their financers. The good news is Karen was able to take our BofA rates and then get a little bit better rate. She made the finance process easy and we were satisfied. Finally, as we were walking out, some senior person (the owner?) stopped to congratulate us and thank us for our business. I saw this man again as we drove off the lot. He waved and smiled and I have him a thumbs up. Great job, Arbogast, great experience from the second we walked on the lot to when we drove away in our beautiful RV. The RV is in perfect working condition and we could not be happier with our experience at Arbogast. More

Receptionist was very cordial and helpful upon our arrival at dealership. She determined our needs and directed us to the display ara we were interested in. He listened to our concerns and was knowledgeable about his inventory. We returned the following week to make an offer. Dave addressed our concerns and worked us through the negotiating process with a minimum of trauma. We purchased a trailer at a fair price. When we returned to pick up the trailer Dave stayed with us and helped make all preparations and got us on the road. Our entire experience was professional and pleasant. More

He quickly worked out a price and presented me a quote and allowed me to make my decision without any high pressure sales techniques. Once I decided to purchase, the process was easy and all the paperwork was straightforward and easy to understand. I truly appreciated the walk through I was given when I arrived to pick up the unit. They took me through every function of the camper to ensure I was able to fully enjoy the camping experience. They removed the hitch equipment from my old camper and installed on the unit. The tanks were dewinterized and sanitized and ready for use. Dave followed up with several calls to ensure we were happy. I not only would recommend Arbogast but will be a customer for life. Thx! Ed took great care of us as we looked and purchased our motor home. He was kind, friendly and nonagressive. We are new to the RV world and he was patient with all our questions. My husband and I went to Arbogast RV Sales in Troy, OH, due to the fact that it is in relatively close proximity to our home in Tipp City. When we returned, he again was very friendly and accommodating. We bought the larger of the two units we looked at and look forward to taking possession of it on Monday, Aug 29. I did a LOT of looking online at new Travel Trailers in Ohio. I narrowed my search down to two dealers. We then drove to Arbogast the next day to look at our other option and fell in love as soon as we stepped inside it. Dan Burroughs was extremely helpful, very friendly and got us a deal we were happy with. Karen, in finance, is one of the nicest ladies we've met in a long time. Rick who did our 'walk-through' is a really nice guy who knows his business. Even Gary in the Parts Dept impressed us. All these individuals are great assets to Arbogast and we will highly recommend them to our friends in our RV park. What an enjoyable experience. More
