Mr Cross was super helpfull, it was an extremely hot day and he spent over an hour on the lot with us. He showed us everything that was within our limit and had what we wanted, His friendliness and courte and he spent over an hour on the lot with us. Salesman, Dan and Finance, Scott great. I came with my own financing. Sales manager offered $40K for my unit on trade. Nada was better than $60K.I countered and he then came back with $39K. This info was related to me by my salesman. I know we all have to make a living but...I drove 6 1/2 hours and Yes it was still up to me to make the deal but I would never go back. Feeling very ripped off right now. Checked the website. Listed at $54,995. Sale price is $49,995 AND three weeks later it's listed as "sale pending". Unit was very clean...with less than 20,000 miles...may have needed a few tires as it was an 07 but the offer, according to the sales manager, was based on how hard it was to sell this model. Wow...I guess 3 weeks is too long to have a unit on the lot that probably made the dealership $5-10K plus the profit on the unit I purchased. I feel very taken advantage of but it's my own fault. Again Dan was great...promote him to sales manager and then maybe I'll consider doing business with this dealership again. More

We had shopped for a few month for a new RV, and had visited dealers in the greater Pittsburgh and Philadelphia area. Arbogast not only had the RV we were interested in in stock, they also advertised a visited dealers in the greater Pittsburgh and Philadelphia area. Arbogast not only had the RV we were interested in in stock, they also advertised a very competitive price on the internet. We negotiated with Ed a deal over the phone and then drove the five hours to Dayton. The RV was exactly as we expected and we finalized the deal.We received the title in a timely manner. When we later discovered that the privacy curtain was not fitting, Arbogast replaced it with the correct one per mail. Overall, we are very satisfied with the whole experience purchasing an RV out-of-state. More

OK, lets start: My husband & I stopped to view the new campers one day, "Cust.Service": Met a salesman named Mark Bensman--Very pleasant, very kind, and very concerned in showing us campers he felt were what we wanted, without going through ALL campers (with temp. over 90). Mark analyzed us and knew quickly as to what we were looking for, price range, and quality to our liking. Quality of Mark's Work: Excellent! He was Right On as to our wants in a camper without wasting his time and ours. The workmanship on the camper we picked out was very much to our liking! Friendly, you asked? My Sakes, TOPS in that catagory! Mark is the best camper salesperson we have ever worked with, and we have worked with many in the last 30 some years. Not pushy, to the point with information we needed, knew answers to the questions we had, and very kind, indeed! No pressure was put on us to make a quick decision. As for our Overall Experience: TOPS, not only with our Salesman, Mark, but the whole staff of salespeople and workers for the business. All were very kind, enjoyable to talk with...from the salesmen to the managers/owners (or whatever their title was), the workers in the "bays", Angie in the parts/supplies area, and a very promising young man named Justin. Justin gave us the "grand tour" of the camper, explaining each and every step...with patience, kindness, and respect to us as we asked questions, observed, and tried to comprehend all the information given to us, suggesting that we are more than welcome to call him "if and when" needed! Need I go on............? As for the $$$: Of course, we all would like a little better bargain, right? But the way I see it, if my husband is happy and satisfied then I am too. We recently purchased a new 2011 Forest River Wildwood Toy Hauler for our family of 5 from Arbogast. We spent several months looking for an RV to meet our needs in the tri-state area and were happy to find exactly what we wanted so close to home in Troy. I guess we saved the best for last, though I realize now we could have saved alot of time and effort by simply going to Arbogast first. They had the largest selection of toy haulers in stock relative to other dealers we'd visited. This combined with the lowest prices on the market and the friendliest staff we'd encountered were the reasons for our purchase from Arbogast. Arbogast's level of professionalism was second to none. I can't say enough how friendly and personable everyone was to my family. Dave Cox was more than willing to trudge through the rain with us on multiple visits; never complaining once about the conditions; taking ample time to explain different options inside and out in the rain. He was never high pressure and always eager to answer our questions in detail. Mike Magoteaux assisted us with financing and was a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt and courteous; very thorough and detail oriented; called exactly when he said he'd call; and made himself available for anything we needed. Justin conducted our walkthrough during our delivery appointment and did an outstanding job explaining the different features of our RV. He is an assest to the organization and very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of RV use, care, and maintenance. It's obvious he cared about our experience and ownership of the RV; making sure we had everytihng we needed and that we understood our warranty options; Thanks Justin! In sum, it was the staff at Arbogast that made our experience truly outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV. You won't be disappointed. More

My wife and I purchased a Rockwood Roo 21SS Hybrid travel trailer from Dave Arbogast about 3 weeks ago and used it for the first time on the 4th of July weekend. Everything worked great on the trailer and the air conditioning was a hit with our group. We traveled with 5 other families and all were in aww of our new camper. Enough about the camper, it was new and performed as expected. Who didn't perform as expected was the staff at Arbogast. To start they offered us a great price on this camper which we did not know the first night we were there and we actually left without buying that night. After checking around the next day we determined that they were with a couple hundred bucks of our area dealers we decided to go ahead and buy it because they offered that price up front without negotiating. We headed back to Arbogast the next day, while on our way there our salesman Dave called us to see if we had made a decision and we told him we were on our way to see him as we speak. He was about ready to leave work but stayed to take care of us. We scheduled our pick up for the following Saturday. Upon arrival we were late due to problems with our tow vehicle. We went through the walk through of the camper where we were shown hands on how to use our new camper, excellent job there. Only one suggestion, after showing folks how to use the dumping system for the black/grey water make sure both vavles are closed! Needless to say both were open which made for a halarious first trip to the dumping station. Thank God we stayed a day later than most and there was no one else at the dump station but us. Back to the Arbogast staff, on the day of pick up we had a belt break on our Ambulance which we use as a tow vehicle. The sevice staff there had one of their mechanics change this belt for us, a huge relief for us. Not only did they preform this repair and install a break controller and hitch wiring but they were courteous about it at the same time. Never did I get a cold shoulder feeling from anyone there. They were all very friendly the whole time we were there. The service manager even opened the parts store for me to buy some things after they closed at noon. Can't say enough about the service. I wish I could remember the names of all the people we worked with that day, every one of them did a great job. More
