We bought a Rockwood Signature Series Travel Trailer and were extremely please with the entire experience. Their selection is great and Dave Cox was very patient as we searched for the "right one". The first time around we did not find exactly what we wanted. However, one year later we found one and it was the first one we looked at. The Rockwood quality is outstanding and so is Arbogast's service. When we accidently locked the keys in the trailer (the first time we used it), they furnised a key so we could get in. We have bought items from the parts store and have been very pleased with the pricing. If I need another, we will go to Dave Cox at Arbogast. Because we liked their RV department so well we are now taking our cars to them for service on the automobile side of the business. More

Everyone was very helpful and patient as we worked through several options and changed our mind on several issues. They worked at getting our coach ready and title to us sooner than usual because we were going out of state for a job commitment. We needed to stay in the area overnight and they set us up onsite with full hookup. Very convenient! All your employees need to be commended for their effort in "getting the job done". We bought our new RV at the dealership from Mark Bensman in the spring of 2010. Being from out of town we had worked most of the details before driving 225 miles to the dealer.
