When my car was hit in a parking lot almost 6 years ago. I was onsite trying to figure out what to do. My phone rang. It was Darrell Waltrip Sabaru. They said they had received a call from Starlink that my car had been it and I hadn’t answered. So they were calling to make sure I was alright and was there anything they could do to help! Can’t ask for anything better than how they responded to me! Would never trade with any other dealership! I am a loyal customer for life! More
Beware of the service teams! They are hustlers. I brought my 2021 Outback in with only 40,000 miles on it. The A/C was not blowing cold air. Chuck my service consultant tells me They are hustlers. I brought my 2021 Outback in with only 40,000 miles on it. The A/C was not blowing cold air. Chuck my service consultant tells me they can fix it with new refrigerant and a couple of O rings for $530.00. I give him permission, he comes back to ask me for $2065 more for a new compressor. I decline and they still charged me $530 that they told me would fix it in the first place. I have done a/c work in the past. They recovered my refrigerant and sold it back to me for $65 which I got back after catching them. Don’t let them rip you off unless you have deep pockets. They also stole my K&N air filter when I went in for an oil change. They new what was wrong with my A/C in the first place. More
