My wife and I found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership, inquiring about the car. Their response was quick and efficient. We drove up to Franklin from Huntsville with the intention of purchasing the vehicle if everything lined up properly. Our initial POC was a gentleman named Boomer and he was great. When we got to the dealership he was with another customer and handed us off to Dani Johnson. Dani turned out to be a super star. She was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless. Her customer service is elite and she has a natural calmness about her that made the normally frustrating process almost enjoyable. The gentleman in the finance office was also very easy to work with. He explained things very clearly and succinctly. He answered our questions and eased our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. One that we were not expecting as the car buying process is never fun. Kudos to the team at Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin, TN. More
