I cannot say enough good words about Darrell Waltrip Subaru. The location is great, and the facility is beautiful. I test drove a Subaru with them once and the salesman was very kind, and not pushy. First off, as a chick, I sometimes get talked down to at a car place, but here they always treat me with respect right off the bat. The lounge to wait for service to your car is lovely and the chairs are comfy. I love the coffee machine! The last time I needed service, I lamented that I had to be without my Subaru, so they gave me a 2024 model of my same model (Ascent) to drive for the whole weekend! Now, of course, I want the 2024 Ascent! But it gives me something to look forward to one day, when we can afford to trade our beloved family Subaru in. I never feel like I'm going "to the car dealership" when I go to DWS; I feel like I'm visiting friends. Thank you for such a pleasant experience, y'all! More
