This purchase started after I submitted an inquiry regarding one of the cars they had listed online. I was promptly contacted back by a salesman named Daniel. We discussed that I live in North Alabama and would be driving over 2 hours to purchase the car, so I wanted to have everything agreed upon before making the trip. He included his Sales Manager in the conversation and we were able to agree upon a price. They immediately pulled the vehicle to hold it until I arrived knowing it would be late in the afternoon before I could make the trip. They did not require any deposit and fully understood that I would make the final decision on purchasing once I drove the car and did my inspection. Daniel had an emergency come up and notified that Richard would be assisting me when I arrived. Richard was also extremely professional and was able to answer the question specific to the car when I arrived. The car was exactly as described online without any surprises.
