The outcome was pretty good (except for cost). I was very worried that I had lost the main drive battery in my Insight, but it was just the twelve volt battery. Still...you would think the car cou I was very worried that I had lost the main drive battery in my Insight, but it was just the twelve volt battery. Still...you would think the car could tell you the problem was the 12V and the "Big Battery" could at least allow you to back your car out of the garage, or get you to the Dealer???? More

We came in for service on our 2016 Honda Accord Touring. While service department had the vehicle, we were justing looking at other newer models.
