I drove onto this dealership in June 2024 knowing we wouldn't be buying a car until Aug. The salesman,Feras Abdelhadi came to help my daughter and I. He allowed us to test drive several options. He was incredibly patient with us and NOT PUSHY AT ALL. Being in sales for over 25 years myself, I know every sales "talk/technique". After we were done testing the cars. I explained to Feras to not call me till July that if he didn't respect me that I would not be returning. He completely listened and respected me. Today, after 7 hours of driving many options and negotiating. Again, he was so extremely patient, NOT PUSHY, we purchased a CRV through him. I had called over 50 dealerships from Texas to Florida looking for the best deal. He won my business not just with the best deal, but his amazing service. If you are looking for a car salesman who cares without the "PUSHY, annoying sales technique" Go to Feras at Darrell Waltrip. You will not be disappointed if you HATE car shopping. He does make the experience as best as possible. I promise is he not like the typical salesman he is so great as his job! More
