I went in today with my dad who was looking for a vehicle He found a great one and I didn't go in there with the mindset that I was going to buy a vehicle I knew I would never get approved. Darling's Used Vehicle Center had a great selection of affordable vehicles, even though they didn't have what I was looking for the first day I went, Kyle Veinote kept my options and price range in mi of affordable vehicles, even though they didn't have what I was looking for the first day I went, Kyle Veinote kept my options and price range in mind and would call any time something was available. After that he worked really hard to find financing which all other dealers and banks told us were impossible, and finally got us into a 04 Jeep Liberty all inspected, for less than our intended payment. What a great experience ! Had an appointment with Larry for 3pm on a Saturday and left with our new car at 5:30 pm. Went for a test drive and made a decision. Larry and there team did all the number crunching and came back with a payment that fit our budget. Left with a low mileage 2011 Ford Fiesta loaded! Love it !! Also lets not forget the rest of the team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful ! They also insisted that I bring in, my dog Bella so that she could be a part of the experience! He catered to our every need and went out of his way to make our buying process as smooth and stress free as possible. He was courteous and very professional. I showed up just to look at cars and see my options. It has been two months since my car died on me and I needed a reliable car that was good on gas. I went to Darling's looking for a used car, as my husband had purchased an Element from them several years ago and has been consistently happy with their service. I went in with a plan regarding my "wants and needs" for the vehicle I would purchase, and Kyle Veinote was helpful, encouraging, and gave me everything I asked for without making me feel pressured. After looking at the vehicles that fit what I had asked for, I had seen enough to know that I wanted to change it to something different, and he found the perfect car for me. He was friendly and encouraging without pressuring me, and gave plenty of help and advice regarding financing and handling of my previous vehicle.
