I had a perfect experience with Darling's Used Vehicle Center. Kyle was such a gentleman and picked out exactly what i was looking for in a car. Your employees let me practice a little before shooting baskets for the discount and they cheered me on. Kyle came to our home in Hampden so that I did not have to leave Ernie and drive during a snowstorm - so that I could sign papers here. He has followed up continuously on my purchase and has offered to put the plates on the car for me after I register it today. Your employees held doors for me, wished me well and were a joy. I highly recommend your business to others and have already given one of Kyle's cards to a friend as he is interested in purchasing our truck that we traded in. Yes, the trade in price was right, the request that we get extra for a truck cap and the basketball experience helped with what I could afford to buy right now. I went to Darlings looking for a used car and i was working with Tim Hughes to find one. He was very at tentative. We have been communicating back and forth via phone. Coming to Darlings and dealing with Kyle was the best car buying experience ive ever had. I came to him with way less than perfect credit with no trade in and no money to put down. I also was set on a partic buying experience ive ever had. I came to him with way less than perfect credit with no trade in and no money to put down. I also was set on a particular vehicle. So I filled out the initial paperwork which took all of 10 minutes, I headed for home. Two hours later he calls me and asks when id like to come pick up my new car. 45 minutes after coming back I was driving out in my new car. Such a great experience. I will definately be coming back for my next car. More

I looked at several different car dealers for a vehicle my wife and I could see ourselves buying.We also wanted a dealer/ salesperson that was easy to work with. Amy Nye in the finance office was also a great help. Getting me financed with the limited credit history I had and at a good interest rate also. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a nice reasonable priced car. I will be visiting Kyle the next time I am ready to purchase a vehicle for sure. First off, I never thought I would be able to purchase a car on my own. I went in to Darlings just to look and see what my options were. When I first got there I dealt with Kyle. I went back in to Darlings and saw Kyle again. No one compared to him. He was so beyond helpful and made sure if something fantastic came up he as calling to tell me about it. I fell in love with a car he was sure I needed to have, and well, he was right. I was approved and drove away in my very own car, and was financed all on my own. Words cannot begin to describe the amazing experience I had at Darlings and with Kyle. I would go back over and over again to purchase my vehicles.
