Kyle was very kind and considerate. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and relaxed. He also consistently reassured me that they would do everything they could to help me and not to worry. Because of Kyle's help this past week, I'm able to continue on with Nursing School at UMO. The transmission failed in my previous vehicle, so I had no way to get my children to school along with my self. I was not looking forward to going through this process, but ended up very pleased with the help I received from Kyle. I didn't know specifically what I wanted for a car, only had some half-formed ideas of what features I "needed" to make it the correct vehicle for me. Kyle listened, asked questions and really worked diligently to zero in on a car that was going to give me comfort, visibility, and lots of storage at a price I was comfortable paying. Kyle connects with his customers. It's very obvious that he enjoys people and helping them find a "good fit". He made the entire process very do-able and eliminated the "stress" factor which I had anticipated experiencing. He was absolutely the "right person" for me to work with on this purchase.
