I not only got amazing service for the vehicle but had excellent conversations while waiting or everything to finalize. Kyle understood what we were looking for in a vehicle; especially now that we're expecting and will need plenty of room for car seats, etc. he puts in whatever time is needed and makes sure you leave happy and know he genuinely cares about you. I plan to go to him whenever I need a vehicle and have no interest of going anywhere else (: More

Every stereotype you've heard about car salesman you can throw out the window. Kyle was informative, friendly, very willing to work with us and listened to every comment/concern we had, not to mention absolutely hilarious and a joy to work with. I had planned on shopping around a bit but after an hour at darlings i knew this was the dealership for me. Kyle worked with us for hours to find the perfect fit at the right price and it more felt like we were buying a car from a friend than a dealership! Kyle even informed me that since i had not shopped for insurance for a while that i might be able to get a better rate and sure enough i also got some waay better insurance than i had for the same exact price, what a nice bonus! After we finally decided which vehicle we want to purchase Kyle and Amy worked as a team to get some fantastic pricing options for us. Amy was equally friendly, informative, great sense of humor, and very knowledgeable. She went over every single possible thing about payments and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. My wife and I both never felt one bit of pressure/or anything negative like people say about car salesmen/women. xxxx i would go back in just to chat with these people (and was encouraged to do just that). Going in I was nervous for two reasons: poor credit and whether or not we could afford the payment. Kyle assured us that he was positive we would find something we would not only be able to afford, but that we would love. When we walked onto the lot we had a car waiting for us, yes it was nice, but I didn't fall in love. I had my eye set on a Dodge Caliber. Well, it just so happens that they had one. It was beautiful! Kyle knew the answers to all of our questions and showed us all the features to the car. I got to fall in love with it just like I had hoped. Kyle and the staff at Darling's Used worked magic from there on. Not only did they get me approved, he got us all the best deals and an incredibly affordable payment. Met with Kyle he was knowledgeable, informative, an when that wasn't the vehicle for me he listened to what I was looking for an wanted in a vehicle. An came up with other options. til I found the one that was right for me. The other staff I met an interacted with were friendly an the overall positive environment at the dealership was great. ( Another added bonus they are pet friendly. So I was able to bring my dog inside as well.) When it came time to fill out the application Kyle was able to answer any questions I had. An when it came time with the logistics of the paperwork I dealt with Amy. She was great at explaining all the details, all the paperwork was in order. An making sure I got the options I truly needed an not the ones I didn't. I would recommend anyone that asks me to go visit Kyle an the other employees at the Darlings Used Car Center. Amazing Sales Experience I bought a 2008 Kia Sportage, my salesman was Andy King, I told him my budget and he was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy or rude. After 12 years as an office manager, my boss one day walked into my office and stated he was closing the practice. I took a $7.00 an hour cut and pay and my credit has suffered greatly, but I needed a new vehicle. He found a finance company to take me on as a customer, my payments are in my budget and I have a huge smile on my face. I can't thank him and Darlings enough. They helped me get the best deal possible on the price and on the loan for the car I chose and made sure I understood everything and had everything in on time to get the sale finalized by the weekend. I would 100% recommend Darling's and all their staff to any of my friends! Kyle and Amy were so wonderful in this process, and Karen was so friendly helping me out with insurance! Second purchase From Andy King ... A GREAT experience I bought another higher end car today. Bought a nice Volvo 2 years ago from Andy King and made a sweet deal back then. So today I also went to another dealer to inquire about my trade in. Came back to Andy at darlings to compare offers. Trade in was $3500.00 higher at darlings, Then as a repeat customer I received quick no xx service and made one xxxx of a deal. I don't know how he did it but he made it work. Ill be back again no doubt to deal with Andy. More
