Outstanding People I stopped in to check out a truck I had seen on the website, I didn't realize the truck was actually at the Ellsworth location. I spoke with Kyle, and the next day he had the truck here for me to see, 2 days later I had myself a new truck. Kyle was great to deal with, like buying a truck from an old friend. Went out of their way for us! I had been looking at a car at another dealership before contacting Darlings. The other dealership was a couple hours away and would not answer ANY o I had been looking at a car at another dealership before contacting Darlings. The other dealership was a couple hours away and would not answer ANY of my questions. Just kept asking me when I could come down. They also would not move their vehicle to their other dealership which would have saves us 30min. driving time. I emailed Tim and told him what vehicle I was looking at. He emailed me back within ten minutes with an excellent deal and said he could move the car from Augusta to Bangor that same afternoon. Not only that but they drove another hour to deliver paperwork for signatures!! The whole sales staff was excellent with my son during the time it took to finalize the sale at the dealership. They were friendly and respectful during the price negotiation stage unlike some other dealers who come off with a 'take it or leave it' attitude. I was very very happy with the whole experience and my son has made some new 'friends' :) More

Second vehicle with Kyle! I traded in my Subaru this past May and got a Honda Pilot (perfect SUV for my family), and I loved working with Kyle so much that I went back to him I traded in my Subaru this past May and got a Honda Pilot (perfect SUV for my family), and I loved working with Kyle so much that I went back to him a few weeks ago when I wanted a truck. I found one that I loved on the lot, and even though it was headed for the auction, Kyle got me the list of repairs needed and helped me get it sorted out so I could buy it wholesale. I had looked all over for a great private party deal on a truck, but found the best deal by far (and a truck I LOVE to look at and drive every day) with Kyle at the Used Vehicle Center.
