Happy customer I went in looking for a different vehicle than I purchased but Fred met me at the door and let me do all the talking without any pressure. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available but when I gave Fred my other vehicle options he ran with it and even though the process took a little longer than we both wanted we got the deal done and all along the way he let me know exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. After final approval when the customer service could have stopped Fred and Amy both continued with the best service I have ever received at a dealership. I was very happy with the experience and definitely will be recommending my friends to see Fred!! More

Diligent, Friendly, Fast & Efficient Darling's Used is officially my GO-TO when it comes to purchasing a car. Why? I have purchased two vehicles from Kyle. I have never met a dealer that Darling's Used is officially my GO-TO when it comes to purchasing a car. Why? I have purchased two vehicles from Kyle. I have never met a dealer that was actually into it for their customers. Most dealerships intimidate me, and they flock to you for the commission. Kyle makes you feel like a part of the family. My first vehicle was totaled and I was devastated. I called Kyle immediately, he and Amy had our family in and out with a new vehicle that we LOVE in less than two full days. Amy makes the intimidating paperwork a piece of cake. They work with you here to fit your budget and they always find you just what you are looking for. When they didn't have what we needed he kept searching until one came in and we were driving home in it in 2 business days. He even saved us driving to Bangor knowing my medical condition and having a small child would make it difficult for us. We told him we wanted a family oriented vehicle that we were comfortable driving our six month old son in. He gave us options and great customer service. We were interested in a vehicle from a lot in Ellsworth and Tim had it brought to us in Bangor. We would recommend Tim Carlson to anyone and we will go back to Darlings in the future. More
