My experience at darlings I was told by my sister about this place. I was so happy that she told me about Kyle. I was at another car lot when I had Kyle call me. I was at the other place for 3 hours getting the rounds. I went to this darlings and within 45 mins I was test driving cars. I was able to try 3 cars in a 15 min and picked out one. I was so happy and had to go to work and between Kyle and my mom they where able to figure things out so i can pick up my car the next day. I went in having no idea what I was looking for or what exactly my price range was. Kyle helped me figure everything out and there was no pressure. This was my first loan and we had a little trouble at first but he wasn't going to let me leave without a car. He is by far the best salesman. Super friendly and he's an easy going guy! He clearly explained all the steps involved from the get-go and was extremely patient while I dealt with a complicated Insurance change over. I had a rental vehicle and he picked me up there and drove me across town. There weren't any surprises financially and he listened to me and truly cared. We had a pretty short list of what I was looking for and managed to find something close. I didn't feel pressured at all by Kyle. I was able to negotiate a price that worked for me. He was by far the best Sales Advisor I had dealt with in the many car lots we visited that day from Brewer to Augusta. Professional, positive, and easy going. Needless to say my daughter is very happy. I am as well. She is a good driver and now she has a great car that has a great safety record. Thanks Kyle from all of us. Next year I have a son who will be looking. We will definitely keep you in mind. We have to give a positive shout out to Amy Nye as well. She was pleasant despite dealing with their new computer program and managed to get the tedious paperwork done with as little pain as possible. Thanks to her as well. More
