We were walking around looking at the different selections. Melissa didn't walk right beside us which we all know is fantastic because you want to discuss and think without all the sales pitches. She stayed just close enough that if we had any questions she was right there!! She wasn't pushy when we found one we liked! We tried it out. We came back with a price in mind and they did better than what we were expecting. The paperwork was a breeze, the staff were all extremely friendly. Oh and we were tired from driving three hours, appointments, etc, and they arranged for someone to bring our vehicle to us the next morning and we live three hours from the store. Fantastic!! I could go on and on about this wonderful experience but you should check them out for yourself! They are so friendly, the best! More

Then, when we went back in for some service, Bob was terrific and Darlings went good on some things and made sure that we were happy with our purchase and driving a safe vehicle. Good experience with sales, 3 stars for I had a very good experience with darlings my salesman (kyle) was great, very helpful and did all he could to get me into the SUV I wanted. Amy Nye wa I had a very good experience with darlings my salesman (kyle) was great, very helpful and did all he could to get me into the SUV I wanted. Amy Nye was extremely helpful where this was my first vehicle she took me through step by step in all the paperwork so I didn't miss anything and made me feel very confident that I wasn't missing anything in fine print. One bad thing I must say is that i took my SUV home (2011 ford escape 4cyl) I noticed a lag in the shifting and checked my transmission fluid and found it was 3/4 of a qt low also found the ac didn't work( needed recharge no big deal) and a hanger was broken for my exhaust, All of this was fixed no questions asked and they put me in a lowner for a few days while it was being fixed. only problem was I was told it went into be serviced before I bought it and that stuff shouldn't have been overlooked. But bob jonah took good care of me and had it all taken care of. Darlings will for sure see me again especially Kyle veinote. More
